Product Features: 

★Excellent Heat Insulation

PVC has a very low heat conduction coefficient of 0.325w/m.k, it is 1/310 of clay tile, 1/5 of cement tile, 1/2000 of 0.5mm thick color steel tile.

PVC roof sheet/tile can be widely used in frequent rainstorm,heavy wind areas.The roof can absorb the noisy from outside.

★Impact Resistance

Installation Notes:  

The installation of PVC roof tile/ sheet should be done with a suitable purline spacing to avoid deformation, water leakage and cracking . The specific reference as follows:

1. PVC roof tile thickness ≤1.3mm , it is recommended that the inclined purline space is ≤600mm, and the round arched purline span is ≤700mm; the pvc roof tile thickness is 1.3mm to ≤1.8mm ,it is recommended that the inclined purline space is ≤700mm and the round arch purline space is ≤800mm; the roof tile thickness is 1.8mm to ≤3.0mm ,it is recommended that the inclined roof purline space is ≤800mm, and the round arched roof purline space is ≤900mm;

2.PVC roof sheet/tile horizontal overlap must be lapped 2 waves, the trapezoidal tile overlaps 1 wave horizontally, the longitudinal overlap length is greater than 250mm;

3. If it is fixed by self-tapping screws, it must be pre-drilled. The diameter of the hole must be larger than the diameter of the fixing screw by 2-3mm;

4.The purline space related with indoor ventilation temperature,please consult the relevant technical ;

5. Regardless of the type of PVC tile, the screws must be placed at the peak to prevent water leakage.
